The CEO Roundtable Celebrates 7-Year Anniversary
Stamford, CT [September 17, 2008]: In August of 2008 The CEO Roundtable marked the seventh year since its inception. The group was formed in 2001 by David Lewis, President and founder of OperationsInc and John Engel, CEO of Paper.com, founder and former President of e-Media. This milestone coincides with the creation of The CEO Roundtable Website — (www.theceoroundtable.com) created to provide prospective members with information on the group as well as the focus of meetings both past and present.
Current membership consists of approximately thirty local CEO’s – a group of the best and brightest small to medium business leaders in the area. Held eight times annually these dynamic free-flowing sessions provide an opportunity for top-level executives to meet and network with their peers and to discuss their business challenges successes and opportunities.
Since the first meeting took place in August of 2001, the roundtable program has proven to be an invaluable resource for CEOs and top-level decision-makers dealing with business and operational issues and opportunities. Over ninety companies have participated in the meetings since the group’s inception, representing a diverse mix of industries and services. The Group has also hosted a variety of special Guests including Lieutenant Governor Michael Fedele – State of CT Mayor Dannel Malloy – Stamford CT and Congressman Christopher Shays.
